Mother Nature is being nice to us and gave us another 3 to 4 inches of snow this morning and it’s still snowing. I headed out for a ride hitting some St. Germain, Eagle River, Lake Tomahawk and Sayner trails. All the trails I rode  were groomed recently. All powder today and soft with the new snow on them. Most were nice and smooth but you will find a couple with some bumps. This new snow will give the groomers more to work with and has definitely elevated conditions. I’m going with and overall good rating with plenty of very good to excellent. There are still some fair areas and a few poor spots. Most of these are icy corners or heavily traveled stretches that are brownish from snirt. I did scrape the carbides here and there – mainly on the insides of some corners. I enjoyed a lot of really nice trails that are white, smooth and a blast to ride. These are the best conditions we’ve seen so far this season. Get out and ride and enjoy the trails!

Lakes are bumpy from drifting snow and there’s slush starting to come up if you venture off the marked trail.
