I headed out for a ride hitting some Sayner, Eagle River and St. Germain trails. All the trails I rode had been groomed. The St. Germain and Sayner trails I rode were smooth. The Eagle River trails ranged from smooth to already had bumps starting to show even though only a few sleds had been on them since the groomer. With the new snow from yesterday, trails were soft. It will take several groomings and some cold weather to firm them up. After the warm up early in the week this snow should get most trails into the good or better rating. There were some corners starting to get pushed out making them icy on the inside. You will also see areas that are getting brown from snirt but most trails are white. There are some beautiful conditions out there so get out and ride.
