Temps warmed up more than predicted yesterday hitting a high of 46 with sunshine. Some trails took a hit while others faired fine. Most trails were smooth but some did have bumps. You’ll see conditions from poor up to excellent. Areas that saw the most melting are the insides of corners and trails that were brown from snirt that received sun all day. There were some spots with bare ground showing and a fair number of icy areas. However, a lot of trails held up fine still providing some good or better conditions. Temps dropped into the upper teens last night so things froze up solid again.
Plowed road trails are a mixed bag. Some have a decent base while others saw melting creating bare areas. Plan on your carbides doing some scraping…
