I rode most of the day hitting some St. Germain, Sayner, Boulder Junction and Arbor Vitae/Woodruff trails. The Sayner and Boulder Junction and some of the Arbor Vitae/Woodruff trails I rode had been groomed. The groomed trails were mostly smooth but there are areas groomers weren’t able to completely flatten out the bumps. The ungroomed ones ranged from fairly smooth to bumpy. Trails are definitely showing more wear from the traffic. There are still some areas that are mostly white but more are getting brownish from snirt. Majority of corners were pushed out making them icy and/or thin on snow. Some corners were down to bare ground. The carbides scraped on the insides of a lot of corners. I did hit some beautiful stretches that made me want to turn around and ride again. I’m giving the trails and overall fair rating with majority in that category. There a a few poor spots but also some very good to excellent.

Plowed road trails suck. Carbides scrape constantly on them.

We really could use some snow. 4-6 inches of heavy wet snow would be wonderful…

Sorry, no pics today.
