Snowmobile Conditions for Monday, March 2, 2020

Temperatures were 34 on Saturday and 45 yesterday. Both days were sunny which sure didn’t help the trails. Plowed road trails are more bare pavement that ice. Trails in the sun took a hit with bare areas showing. There are still trails in the woods holding a base but getting to them can be difficult. The other issue is little to no loose snow for the slides and to cool the sled. Temps are predicted to be above freezing during the day and below freezing at night for the next 10+ days with little snow in the forecast (also a chance of rain on Thursday). So, it looks like our sleds are parked unless we get snow…
