Snowmobile Trail report for December 14, 2013

Headed out for the first ride of the season to check trails out hitting Sayner, Eagle River and St. Gemain trails. All had been panned or groomed recently and were in great shape. There are a few areas that are thin on snow and also have some bumps on them. Most were smooth and packed in. Watch out for some sticks and branches on trails. For early season riding, trails are in good shape. Come on up and ride! It’s been a long time since we’ve been able to ride this early in the season.

I did ride a couple lakes today. West Bay of Little St. Germain lake is marked. The others were not. Most lakes have 8 to 10 inches of ice so far and not much slush.
